The Flash Games Database

This list is intended to provide Flash game developers with a fairly comprehensive guide Flash portals so as to streamline distribution.

• Website - The name of the portal. You can click this to take you straight to the portal submission page (if available)


• Alexa Rank - The Alexa Rating determines the popularity of a site. Portals with higher ranks (lower numbers) will be more popular and you are likely to get more views from your games. Note that more popular sites are occasionally only accept very high quality submissions (with the exceptions of Newgrounds and Kongregate)


• Submit Type
  • Automatic - submissions are automatically added to the portal, usually immediately (any quality accepted, but extremely low quality games may be rejected after a period of time)
  • Review - submissions must be reviewed before they are added, low quality games are commonly rejected (depending on the site)
  • Sponsor Only - this site only offers sponsorships and license deals


• Submit Method
  • Form - a form is filled in to submit your game
  • E-mail - an e-mail address is provided. You must send a link/copy of your game to begin the submission process. See the portal e-mail list for list which can be copied and pasted directly into an email


• Sponsorship - This site offers sponsorship and/or licensing deals. Check out Flash Game License for more information

In addition to the list below, it is definitely worth looking into the MochiAds distribution program - by signing up and allowing them to distribute your game, you will soon see a large exposure with minimal effort. There are already over 700 registered and verified publishers signed up to download game packs.
